Jolene Varney has acted in a CFO or COO capacity for most of her career for Private Equity backed high-growth companies, ranging from $200M- $10B. Jolene has structured finance teams, Business Development and operations teams and process for 25+ years in consumer products, healthcare and retail industries and now real estate development.  She spent 18 years with Kimberly-Clark in the U.S. and international markets with her last position as Global Treasurer. 

 

In mergers and acquisitions, Ms. Varney has financed, structured, and managed the sale of several Billion Dollar private companies and then leading charge in taking Dr Pepper Snapple Group public in 2008. 

 

Now as principal in her own company, she consults for Fresenius Medical Care for their real estate development growth, capital planning and international operations. 

 

Jolene is a real estate investor in multi-family, short term rentals, land development, syndicator in General Partnerships and a private money lender.   Since 2013 she has owned multi-families in the Northeast, owns short term rentals and is a Private Money Lender for Joint Venture and is participating as a GP in a syndication for Florida multifamily. Varney is an active member of two experienced Texas based Real Estate networks, a multi-family Mastermind group and another National network of wholesalers and off-market deals.  She works with experienced developers on financing and funding ranging from single family to $10+Million multifamily and development.   Her focus is short term rental properties/vacation destinations, multi-family or “affordable housing” with investors and real estate developers on their deal financing structures.

He personal portfolio includes 3 mid-sized multifamily properties in Boston, investment in five properties in Hot Springs Village Arizona, and  a property in Colorado. Jolene is currently in Joint Venture with experienced developers on multifamily and short-term rental vacation properties
