Mr. Hsu if a vital part of our executive team for KSG projects as well as for our clients where we act as owner's representatives to deliver development services. He leads our efforts to create financial structures for our projects and joint venture initiatives.

 

Thomas has acted as a high level senior financial analyst and real estate development consultant within the hospitality and assisted living market for most of his career. Assisting owners in initial stages of analyzing the feasibility of projects, underwriting the project and then structuring the financial model, building the funding structure, investment model and structuring the joint venture opportunities. He has also been involved with raising Capital for projects, utilizing his resources through Global Family Offices and Trusts.

 

An expert in his field, Thomas understands how to look at the initial asset and overall masterplan of the project , quickly analyze the opportunity to identity the risk and success rate to move forward with underwriting. Mr. HSU has led acquisitions of assets and feasibility process with projects with budgets of $800 Million +.
