Deborah acts a senior level project executive and manager in internal operations, directly for KS Global and subsidiary companies. With 30+ years of experience in project development, Deborah has acted as a high level project manager, project executive and systems operational manager in hospitality, resort residential, theme park entertainment, assisted living and commercial and residential construction renovations.

 

Deborah's early experience was garnered in design development, working within the hotel and commercial sector executing large projects in the Chicago and Las Vegas Market.  She has extensive experience in procurement and management of luxury vacation rentals as well as resort multifamily development and leasing.  As a Sr level Project executive, Deborah has worked on several Disney Resort Development projects within the special projects team, as a project executive for Las Vegas Hotel Owners, Residential and Multifamily developers and for Global Investment Groups in S. East Asia.

 

Ms. Koeppel is also a real estate professional assisting in negotiations and acquisition within KSG real estate development company and works with our clients and owners as part of our development services team to assist in acquisition amd due diligence process of single assets.
