HISTORY:

After founding a significant development services company very early in her career in Las Vegas, Smith capitalized on growth in the market and expanded her company very quickly, opened three subsidiary division to handle all markets. Employing a team of 42 development professionals and managers, she garnered contracts with Luxury Highrise developers, City Municipalities, Hospitals, Hotel + resort developers, Mixed-use master plans, Multifamily and over 14 National Homebuilders. Achieving accolades and multiple awards for her projects, Kassie quickly developed a substantial brand in Las Vegas for herself and her teams, managing over 45 projects annually with budgets up to $2 Billion, making her company  one of the top development services company in the City.  To leverage her growth, Smith partnered with other developers and Investors to complete large scale resorts communities and master planned projects in key global markets as well as buying distressed assets to reposition into the market.
